Return & Refund Policy

At GlutaNex, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver premium skincare products with care and quality. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The package was tampered with at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must remain unused.
- The original packaging must be intact.
- Proof of issue (photos/videos) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened skincare products
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders placed under promotional offers
- Products without original packaging
This policy helps us maintain product quality and customer safety.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
If approved:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
- COD orders may require bank details for refund processing.
Refund timeline:
5–7 business days
depending on payment provider and banking process.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently allow exchanges only in cases where:
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective product received
- Damaged product received
Exchange requests follow the same approval process as returns.
7. Damaged Product Claims
If you receive a damaged package:
- Do not use the product.
- Record an unboxing video immediately.
- Contact us within 24–48 hours.
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
8. Delivery Refusal
If an order is refused at delivery without valid reason:
- Shipping charges may be deducted.
- Future COD access may be restricted.
9. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Customer dissatisfaction without valid product issue
